I went vegan this spring, lost 20 pounds, and since then gradually I've been occasionally adding the foods I enjoy, while still keeping all the weight off. I have 5 pounds to go to my racing weight, I think it's time to do a juice cleanse, start fresh again. Funny how I am dreading it but I know I will feel great (sometimes) during and (definitely) after...

It is hard to balance the really hard workouts with healthy eating, though. After a marathon, all I want to do is eat french fries...Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18210028509249432941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6284978644306844260.post-61153112539302262652011-02-10T20:18:30.710-05:002011-02-10T20:18:30.710-05:0030 banana's a day? Eat well 80% of the time, and be a normal social human being 20% of the time. If we ate paleo or some other diet sans alcohol, ice cream, chocolate, etc, socially its gonna be a hard road.

Its probably will power, but if I see someone eating or drinking something I want and I am out, by golly I am eating or drinking it too!

Great post and congrats on the weight loss for the year so far.Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03748250987644502052noreply@blogger.com
