Just let it go and pick up the schedule now and moving forward. That's what my coach says, anyway, and he tends to be moderately saner than I am. Though he did eat chips and salsa as his pre-race meal before a race last year, that he then went on to win. I totally hear you about the 'letting ap...haha! I totally hear you about the 'letting appearance slip' lol :)<br /><br />Luckily I live in a rural city where wearing grubby jogging pants or even my pyjamas in public is acceptable. Heck I even wear the same casual clothes a couple days in a row cuz I wear a suit all day long and then running/cycling gear all evening, I rarely wear 'normal' clothing. Its so much nicer to slip on PJ's or cotton joggers and relax. This is waaaay beyond what my norm clothing would be, I just get lazy between all the training hah!<br /><br />I cant believe the number of pyjama wearing people in this town. its crazy!
